Two Storey
Derravaragh Project Management was delighted to be part of this transformation of an original farmhouse into a contemporary masterpiece that epitomises the pinnacle of luxurious living.
Nestled harmoniously amidst the idyllic landscape, this new home seamlessly blends tradition with modernity, breathing new life into its past. At the heart of this reinvention lies an open-plan living area, a testament to our commitment to fostering connectivity and fluidity within living spaces.
One of the defining features of this architectural marvel is the double-height void strategically positioned on the southwest, serving as a beacon for natural light to flood the interiors, imbuing each corner with warmth and vitality.
Venturing to the first floor, one is greeted by four generously proportioned double bedrooms, thoughtfully designed to provide sanctuary and solace to its occupants. A family bathroom caters to both convenience and comfort, while the pièce de résistance awaits in the form of the master bedroom, boasting an en-suite bathroom and a walk-in wardrobe, elevating indulgence to new heights. Stepping into the foyer, the double-height void and the first-floor bridge that converges to create a dramatic entrance, setting the tone for what awaits within. In line with our commitment to sustainability, this home boasts an impressive energy rating of A, a testament to our dedication to minimising our environmental footprint. A geothermal underfloor heating system further underscores our eco-conscious ethos, providing a cost-effective and energy-efficient solution for heating and hot water needs.
With every detail meticulously curated and every element meticulously executed, this project stands as a testament to our unwavering dedication to excellence. Welcome to the epitome of modern living – where luxury meets sustainability, and tradition meets innovation. The McNamara family home in Kilkock, Co. Meath.
David left the building of our new home very achievable as myself and my wife were both working in the UK. We would meet once a month when we would get home and he was very flexible on our meetings. He always worked around us. If there were decisions to be made, he would liaise with ourselves, the architect and the engineer and would always remedy the issue promptly.
